Harbor Freight Tool
The flange / punch tool to install patch panels, 1/4 panels etc.
I did try it on a new piece of sheet metal when I bought it, and it seemed to work ok.
Nothing like the old Matco I was used too, but Matco, Snap-on and Mac do not seem to carry them any more.
