Its just not worth the price, for a clone with a bad paint job in need of bodywork. Also the car has been restifed with undeterminable quality. It would be a steal at $5k, a good deal at $10k, but not worth $20k.
I think pretty minor body work. Tough to tell with white painted cars in pictures though. I think 8K-12K. But that's a west coast price too. This car will go for more back east.
