There was a picture earlier of a compound curve plus angled break stamped corner (the leftmost corner visible in the most recent pic) with two layers of rusted out shitmetal glued together with time and neglect. Drillin' out spot welds is one thing, fabbing up a piece like that that doesn't look out of place is quite another. Not that I doubt he could do it, jesus wept, look at this thing, but I understand the desire to buy the part instead of build it from scratch.
