Wiper Seal

My car has been leaking through the seal around the windshield wiper, and I just wanted to make sure that this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-Mopar-1...t=Vintage_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&vxp=mtr is the part I need to go back around them. I'm used to fixes being more expensive, so this feels a little too easy haha.
