Yes they are taller then stock, they will work with adjustable roller rockers and a big cams. That is why I originally bought them. But I ended up having enough clearance to run my 69 340 covers with a .520/.540 solid cam and PRW adjustable roller rockers. I honestly did not think the 69 covers would clear the rockers but they did so I went with the stock look.
