Im glad u posted this as I have the listed symptoms. My doctor did a sono gram of my ******** and said it's epiditimitus, from a vasectomy that was done 15 years ago and that in no way shape or form is the back pain related to the testicular pain.
Have the same thing through the nuts even going into right buttock. It is mostly in left leg, My knee gives out so it is hard to walk and I have some drop foot on left as well.
Unfortunately for me my L4-L5 bulge is baseular I guess it normally herniates to one side or the other, because the tendons etc running down the middle help retain the center.
