Sciatica and pain Dam Back .. Help

Yoga!
I've had back problems for most of my adult life.
I took a college phys-ed yoga class more to meet girls than anything else. By the middle of the semester I felt better than I had in a long time. A few years ago I was throwing my back out every other month with shoulder and neck pain. Someone recommended the book Back Care Basics which is based on yoga and I've been pretty good at doing the exercises about 5 days per week combined with walking. My back is in its best shape of my adult life.
