I lost 80% in both ears in Iraq due to an I.E.D explosion under my vehicle..
my ears ring to the point I have'nt slept much in years..
but Masker hearing aids work wonders..

Sorry to hear this and thanks for your service. I have tinnitus too and drives me insane. I have to sleep with a small fan next to my bed.
