Surely a call to Bouchillon could cure most of the ills...

depending on what seller has installed... if its the factory RV (class C) stuff the oil pan and pickup, engine mounts and manifolds, as well as the powersteering pump brackets

if you had a big budget I'm sure Bouchillon could solve that
