this is what i mean about the seat.
It's called valve float. When the spring loses control of the valve, it opens up lash. Notice which side of the seat the "stuffed up" area is. It left the pushrod come out of the seat and when the lash closed up again, that's where the pushrod was slamming back into the seat. You need your valvetrain geometry fixed because you have plenty of spring pressure and it's not the lifters fault.
