Sort of... There is a portion in there about slip tubes and how long they have to be and they have to have 2 bolts if done that way.
My last car shich went 10.92 had an 8 point. They never checked it out too close. It was legit and legal and my welds were probably ok but it was a show qulaity car. One thing i've learned about tech is the shadyer it looks the more they pay attention. Most of what theya re wooried about is oiling down the track.
