I received the bearing and seal kit from Firm Feel the other day.

I talked to Matt at FF today. They want $100 for the rebuild kit or they'll rebuild my box for $329 plus shipping both ways. If it's as simple as it looks I'll do it myself and may even spring for the 20:1 worm gear.
