Very common with these cars after they sit for a while. You changed the fuse, but did you clean the contact points of the fuse holder? Try jumping across the fuse with a wire and see what happens. Just went through this last week with a 73 Polara and then again with a 72 Swinger. Both times it was a touch of corrosion in the fuse holder tangs.
