1965 factory Special Equipment Package #4060?

hello,

Does anyone know what this option refers to? SPECIAL EQUIPMENT PACKAGE #4060
I saw this on an Original window sticker on 65 Barracuda.
The cost was $29.35

I could now find anything, so I am throwing this out there.

This is a 65 Sport model, 273 2V, factory 4-speed with Sure Grip, Shocks & Suspension Package. Also had 6.95 x 14 tires on sticker

Interestingly, it has a Custom made nameplate installed above the radio, stating that
"This Car was made Especially for (person's name)"
