Can I assume there is enough meat to gasket match the heads to the intake?

I know the issue with putting a good head on this engine is valve size and the small bore.

Most of the time,

You can get away with using a 273/318 Intake Manifold Gasket {1.05" x 2.07"}
with the 340 Intake on the 273/318 Cylinder Heads.

There is enough material on the outer-edge {Intake Manifold Side} of the
Cylinder Head to feather-blend it to have a functional air-flow.
