In the 60s there was a 392 stroker combination for top fuel that worked out to 454". Arias makes hemi heads for big and small block Chevy's and small block fords too.
I seriously doubt this guy was talking about that. He had a Chevy logo hat on and was driving a lifted GMC. He was serious about finding a Charger that all it needed was a motor so he could use his 454 Hemi!
