Electrical Bulkhead Connector?
All those terminals come out of the connector bodies, and can be replaced. They are callled "Packard 56" terminals and are available several places including Ebay. Be sure you get the correct ones. I got mine at "clips and fasteners."

The female ones are the ones you have a problem with. you want the ones where the sides curl around like these:
There's a little clip on the back, insert a tiny screwdriver in from the wire side and release the clip. The male ones are sometimes harder to release. The right end of the "J" shaped part is what you release on them by pushing in from the SPADE side
