New Guy from Georgia

I hate to ever post anything here of a negative nature, but we have a situation that I believe needs to be addressed out in the open. A customer who had some grievances with us chose to smear our name on the internet, rather than keep the dialogue open on resolving the issues that concerned him. This individual was made well aware that his concerns would be addressed, and could be worked out to an agreeable end to everyone involved, without any bashing, name calling, or other unpleasantries. We strive to ensure that our customers are happy, bending over backwards to accommodate them in any way possible, even when we may not agree with their assessment of the situation. That said, the customer in question chose to not only smear us, but also to file credit card dispute charges with his bank, claiming that the payments for his last two transactions were not authorized (nearly $7,000). At that point, he crossed the line from disgruntled customer over to criminal. We keep meticulous records, including phone records that coincide with the time of the charges, numerous text messages that mention payment or "being square", Quickbooks-generated invoices that clearly show each time the invoices were viewed, and other evidence that he has attempted to defraud not only Bulldawg Musclecars, but his own bank/credit card company, by filing false statements. We have put all of the evidence in the very capable hands of the Bartow County Sherrif's Department, Wells Fargo's fraud department, and other law enforcement and regulatory bodies in the accused's home jurisdiction. We will seek prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
