Passenger Side Lock Issue on 65 Dart
Either, as has been mentioned, the actuating rod has disconnected or the tab on the back of the cylinder has gotten loose. (photo attached) Some versions had the tab held in place by a screw and a star washer instead of a clip. Those could work loose over time.
