Torsion Bar Adjustment

How does raising or lowering the torsion bars affect the steering linkage? Does the linkage travel up and down with the adjustment? Thanks a bunch, having some header clearance problems.....
 
The center link doesn't move, but the spindle and lower ball joint move up or down with the adjustment, so the angle on the tie rods change. The inner tie rod end stays in the same place obviously, just the angle between it and the outer tie rod end changes.
