New 360 375 HP with Stock 727 trans

Who do you recommend? I was thinking about the B&M Holeshot option as after the engine and everything else. It is a tough sell to the wife. It's bad enough that 300 miles after buying the car that the piston rings went south on the original engine. Then the back her DD into mine for another $1200 expense. My Dart is just a weekend cruiser and may 2-3 strip passes a season. Just trying to save a little $$$
