Degree a camshaft.

Ok will call Monday morning.From the cam card it should of had 4* advance right.Thats great for top end power,and retard is for bottom end power ,right or am i wrong.

I would ask him at what degree after TDC the intake centerline is at, not how far advanced or retarded, you can figure that out from the cam card info...

You have it backwards.... advance for low RPM torque....And CB is correct on the cam timing retarding more as the chain stretches.

Yes, advance gives more low end and a little less top end, retarded gives more top end but less low end...
