It could, but it's aluminum which i'm not capable of welding. Been looking at options for this now i'm thinking of just going with a flex fan as it would be the simplest option. I have exactly 2 5/8" clearance from the front of the water pump pulley to fins on the radiator not much room for anything but a flex fan.
