anybody have any issues bolting their rear bumper brackets on without something between the body and the bracket I was think of putting something in there
 
Not sure what year you have as you did not mention. My 69 has 4 foam type seals between the bracket and body. Also there are 2 foam seals installed on the inside between the through bolt and body for the stabilizer brackets.
 
I used mine & no problems. You get them in the PAINT/BODY seal kit.
