Whats it worth

Beware about engines and transmissions that are "supposed" to be in good running condition??? If you have to tear the engine down or overhaul the tranny you'll lose money (on top of all the other stuff). Now if you can start the engine and get it move under it's own power, that's another story. People buy cars super cheap all the time in a "not running" condition. The fact that it''s not running is a very good bargaining chip.
The rear end is worth quite a bit, but double check that it is actually an 8 1/4.
