I believe it is a GM windshield washer bottle. I pulled these pix off classic industries website. Bottle and bracket are repops $9, and $8 respectively. I guess if you decide on a new coolant recovery bottle while restoring it back to the way your dad modified it in its heyday, its cheap enough. I was going to go with a hyundai tiburon coolant recovery tank for my cuda, but the GM tank looks almost factory right there in the fender.
