Service on Super Front End Kit

Got my front end kit the other day. Very nice stuff, totally satisfied. BUT, had a question about one part of it. Filled out the contact form online, promised a response within 24 hours. That was five days ago. So I called their number. After having to verify who I was, I was transferred to an inbox and asked to leave a message. Did that, no response after 3 days. It's a small question I have but I would like to talk with someone who has the answer.
I had the same issue a few times it took a few angry emails and a conversation with Matt??? the marketing manager before I could get it resolved.
