A body header choice PLEASE HELP

Doug's aren't listed as working with a column shift auto. Might be a fix for that, but on the application chart it says it's a no go.

The hookers for A-body's have a slip joint and go under the steering link, so even less ground clearance and more leaks. Everything else goes under the steering linkage as well. So, they'll end up flat in no time if you're lowered any at all. Or maybe even if you're not.
