Super-6 Intake, Powder Coated
This is a 1978 Chrysler Super-6 2-barrel intake manifold. It has been thoroughly sand blasted and powder coated with a translucent lollipop orange. These intakes occasionally incurred vacuum leaks due to the 2-piece welded design (poor manufacturing quality control). The powder coating not only accents a street hemi orange engine enamel nicely, but also helps fill the pores that contribute to vacuum leaks.
