I like the boxes u built for the main hoop to weld to. I bent the 1/8" plate to fit my floor board-was a pain in the ***, didn`t even think about the box deal.
When we first took a look at the Jegs kit when it came in, we weren't impressed that the role hoop was going to be welded onto a plate. The guy building the car thought it would be best to box it in and I am glad he did. We both thought it would be a stronger and safer route.
