Need help deciding on a 360

Hey guys im lookin at buying this engine off craigs to swap into my 1970 dart am i wanted to get some opinions on it first off, for what it is is this a good deal given the mods done to it also what kind of mileage could i expect with it and any other things you could add in that would help me make my decision
