Vin code

I have a 71 dodge dart swinger on the original window sticker there is a code Y48, the first part of the description is missing. This what remains
Y48 -rim-blow steering wheel omitted $18.95. The part in front of -rim is missing.
I think it may reference to the horn. Can anyone help
