Identify / Decode rad support S.O. number

Can anyone help me decode the number on the radiator support....

I believe it's the Sequence order number

So to clarify it is not something that matches the VIN, correct?

I'm missing the fender tag and looking for a 2nd VIN on the car

There is no other spot that I am aware of , where there is another spot for the VIN . I went thru this crap with a '65 Dart . I went to DMV with all kinds of paper work stateing that the A pillar was the only spot . The order # is also stamped on the package tray and thats what the idiots used for my VIN

Correct on not matching the VIN. The fender tag on a 64 does not list anything about a VIN and there is no 2nd location on the body. The only place the VIN is located is on the VIN tag on the door pillar post.
