Not similar enough to call "easy". The easy heat sinks are extruded, chopped, deburred, done.
In this case the 1 taller fin is ornate. Additional stamping operation required along with all that additional deburring.
If I did need 1 fin I would at least try to buy one of the ebay sets at a reasonable price. Deal for the fins alone and not pay the shipping for the rocker covers. No harm in asking, and hope for no harm in removal of the fins.
