Are these 273 commando valve covers on Ebay (not mine)?

If you look closely at my posting and foto in #14 above, you can still see the factory decal/sticker on the very front of the chrome air cleaner. When it is placed with the decal toward the front as pictured, the fitting for the valve breather hose points toward the passenger side valve cover. This would indicate two things for me regarding 1965 commando: a) must be a clean air package motor b) the PCV was factory installed on the driver's side. Maybe I'm mistaken but that is my intepretation of the evidence at hand. On the other hand, maybe the factory decal was on the side of the chrome air cleaner and not facing the front. Not that it matters, on 1965 valve covers with stove pipe fittings, it works either way.
