WANTED: 3speed/variable wiper switch p/n 277 0378

I was told by buddy who works parts dept @ Chrysler that his cross reference
came up with p/n 277 0380 will work as well?

I went into my parts and I have (3) 2 speed Wiper Switches... not doin me much good.
I have a 1969 Dart GT Convertible- I dont drive in rain but good to have just in case.

Any ideas/help would be greatly appreciated- Thanks!
