This is a 40 minute video (in Spanish) of two amazing vehicle transformations and a quick look at a Mexican full wheelbase dragster.

Project one: Using the chassis from a wrecked 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis, they build a 1935 Auburn. The customer insists that the body be fabricated in sheet metal only, no fiberglass.

Project two: Restoration of a stripped 1974 Porsche 911 Targa. Thanks to the internet, they find the most difficult missing pieces. Importing parts from Germany would have been a nightmare (according to shop office staff comments).

Side project: A shop-owned dragster they run at Guadalajara Speedway at minutes 28-30 of the video.

This miraculous work made me fell like a real amateur. There are other videos of the TV series-this is episode 4 of one of the seasons.

Vaca’s workshop is famous throughout Mexico for the limousines and hearses it produces. Its creations include a Boeing 727 that has been converted into a limousine, another giant limo shaped like a vintage ocean liner and a car in the shape of a chili pepper built to help promote a local distillery.
