Stop in for a cup of coffee

Morning guys. Late to the party today.. supposed to warmish here today so i think I'll actually do something.. the redneck weather chick said it will be high 50's today but she said we'll have a lot of maulinower winds. Now i don't know what maulinower winds are, but we're supposed to have 45 to 50 of them. I guess I'll find out later..

Awesome! MIGHT leave it as is, BUT such crap mileage. AND 92 octane. Will get expensive to drive.
You could sell it and build what you want or trade plus$$$$'s to someone that wants more. If you're like me you like performance but don't need maximum horsepower. "Too much" is fun to drive but not a enjoyable cruise.

So trade me cars lol..... that said, if you keep your foot out of it, that might help mileage

If only Tim was closer, I'd trade him the 408 in my power wagon, it's a low compression stroker, roughly 8.5:1 but makes 437 ft lbs and right at 400 horse flywheel, with a mild cam. Only 1300 miles

I agree, According to the builder, I just need to replace the cam, and If hyd. need to replace lifters and pushrods. And rejet the carb more then likely. Diff Power Valve.

It's nice out there... 55° and minimal winds...

I'm gonna go strip some more of the blue Cherokee...

The Dart now has subframe connectors. The rest of the welding will wait until it's on the rotisserie.

Evening all. I talked to the medics into giving me an IV and hooking me to oxygen tanks for a bit, I feel tons better now, I'm sure it'll wear off but best I've felt in several days

Good call, keep hydration up and the O2 boost will help keep you strong. Get plenty of rest too if you can.

Speaking of health, it's been a week now since I stopped my diabetes meds. I figured my numbers would either stay stable or get worse if I was wrong about needing them. What I didn't expect is that they would get substantially better.

My fasted sugar numbers are now 10-12 points lower and my average numbers are too. My peak numbers (1 hr post meal) are averaging nearly 15 points lower. I now also no longer need the diuretic meds for the edema (swelling in my legs) that was caused by the diabetes meds.

I'm stunned how much better I feel and how good my blood sugar numbers are now. I'm also surprised by how much the stiffness in my back and knees has been reduced. My spine and joint pain is less than half of what it was a week ago.

I wish I could get back some of the past 14 years of feeling like crap from being on this completely unnecessary stuff...
