Milodon 31000, anyone have it?

I'm unfamiliar with the 73+ linkage so you may be correct. If that's the case, then I'll have to modify the oil pan or send it back.

Just for reference, my crank centerline is ~5.25" above the top of the crossmember. What is yours? That may play into steering clearance differences between us.

I'm not 100% sure what my centerline is, I'd have to measure it. I'm fairly sure it was very close to what TTI recommends for headers though, which I think they had on their website at one point. 5.25" sounds like it was in the ballpark, but it's been a few years since I did the swap.

Yes, milodon's standard mid-sump catch-all. Realwing referred me to this thread... didn't specifically say avoid it, my words.

Thanks man, I think I'm gonna go that route, cost is the biggest factor right now in this build so the cheap truck pan is probably my safest bet.

Oh wow, he did have a heck of a time with it. I kept all stock parts aside from the pan, I didn't do the whole Milodon "ecosystem" so to speak, so maybe that was the issue. The factory windage tray and dipstick seem to work fine for me, though the factory dipstick isn't quite the prettiest and sticks out a bit awkwardly in the engine bay.
