anyone ever used a Dakota/Durango Air Box espec. carb/throttle plenum
guess it´s time to show what i used in the end and how it looks like....
first i tried to use the efi-top from a Jeep Grand Cherokee - got it for cheap and after cutting out the metal insert it fitted over the air horn (when using a 1,5" spacer ring) but due to cutting the metal insert it was to flexible and also it looked not that good.
so next step was to order that spectre thing which is not cheap but its full metal and looks more trust worthy... adding a 4 inch elbow tube and an open BMC-Aircleaner and voila.. ready to hit the road
