It would happen at your local drag strip (1/4 mile, not 1/8). If you have a 318 in a street car (sorry, 12.1 compression on 110 octane with 5.13 gears isn't really a street car), with a 318 stroke (3.31) and no power adders (NOS/BOOST), your in.
