On AFR I'm following Mark Sullens recommendations, targeting a 10.8 (gas scale) at WOT. That may be a little rich but is safe until I can get my tune dialed in. Timing, I have mine at 28* total under boost which is 7psi max.

That thread is interesting but can easily confuse the a new user to E85. Most of those guys are running +800whp, Carbureted Big Blocks, so the context is a but skewed when trying to "convert" it to lower whp small blocks.

T56MaxTorq's 11.5:1 is more than safe for a starting point.
24 degrees at boost spike tending to ~28 degrees at 6000rpm would be an ok starting point.
