Ok so 74 dart small block all factory wiring, new alternator. At idle chargering around 13v. but when the rpms go up say over 2000, the voltage skipes up over 16v. Any ideas? Voltage regulator bad? Thanks.
 
First clean up all your grounds. if still bad check your regulator.
