Anyone ever taken the quarter window out of a '67 barracuda notchback? I've taken everything out but the glass. Is there a magic incantation that must be spoken? The darn thing just don't want to come out.

Its been a long while and my memory sux. There's a short piece of track that's mounted on the inner panel. I think I had to drop that to gain enough space to tilt the glass far enough to lift it out.

Thanks for the reply, RedFish. I did take that piece out. if I could separate the glass from the metal piece that's attached to it there'd be no problem. Just can't see how they can both come out together.

It can be separated but then you would need the material that glues the glass in the channel. I think Laysons has that. it did come out all together though with some wrangling ( right angle on the dangle as it were ). The rubber piece in the jamb with small black screws... it hides a little bit of additional slot. You probably have that away already. Good luck with it. They are a pain, unless its a convertible. Those are too easy.
