Need help finding fitting

I need help finding a fitting. No luck at the local parts stores, so now I'm hoping to find it online. I broke the fitting that my autometer mechanical temperature gauge. I need male 1/4npt to female 1/2npt.

If I'm not mistaken, the blue nut You are holding in the pic should be a straight machine thread, not a pipe thread. It tightens down the probe shoulder taper against the
brass fittings tapered seat. If the hole in the intake was 1/2"npt, and they downsized it to 1/4"npt, it would be a npt bushing.............

Hopefully it helps someone else. I was under the impression that I needed 1/2npt based on the gauge description, but the fitting actually is 5/8-18UNF
