New one on the way, with their sincere apologies! Good thing I'm not waiting for it. TIP, pick it up from the FedEx desk and open it in front of them!

I hope you got a good one eventually. I'm looking at the moment. Who did you get it from and how did it look?

And not just Fed Ex, but any freight company. I just delivered a Transmission to AAMCO for a 2004 Cummins and the guy was willing to sign for it before I even unloaded it off the truck. I had him wait until it was inspected, cause you just never know. Open it up and the case of trans fluid had opened up and bottles everywhere. No leaks. Then got to the box the trans cooler was in, and it was damaged. Opened it up and it had been smashed. The container looked like it may have rolled over. Trans looked good, but after they called the shipper, it was refused. Don't let the freight delivery guy make you sign something your not comfortable with. I don't make my customers take something that is damaged, and if they choose to still take it, I make as many notes as I can to make any claim they may need to take later as easy on them as possible, UNLESS its a shippers piss poor packaging, then I will note that as well.
