Orange tail light RH normal??

Hi,
I got a question about the tail lights of my 1973 Duster.
The driver light is normal red, but on the right side, there is an orange lense.
I've seen this several times, but I don't know why.
I need the information for the german historic approval.

Any ideas (I think it's a small thing for you).
