The problem is your overall tire diameter. The 25" tall tires just don't clear a severely lowered EarlyA. I'd go for a 24"-24.5" tire. A pair of 215/60R14s would be about right.
On my dart I've ran a 225/50R15, (24"OD), on a 15x8 with 4.5" BS. And I've also ran a pair of 205/45R17s, (24.3" OD), on a 17x7 with 4.25" BS. I recently tried a 225/40R17, (25" OD), on the same 17x7 wheel, and it doesn't quite clear.
