I have parts for my car that I am trying to give away and I guess that is not good enough for this site.

I put down pay for shipping and whatever the "buyer" thought was fair for my handling of the shipping.

I guess that was not good enough as the posts were removed.

I am not a vendor, I just do not want to throw these parts in the garbage can if someone else can use them.

This board has become much more trouble than it is worth

re post the parts, add make offer , or some ridiculous low price. I had one of the moderators pm me about a post I made "back" to a guy, that used the word dumbass first, like I started it. most of it was b.s anyway but he had to shoot his opinion off about something he knew nothing about. There was no animosity to start with.

Anything in the "For Sale" section requires a price, if you want to give them away throw a 1 dollar number in there to keep within the forum rules.
 
I thought "for the cost of shipping(which can be variable for almost anything at any price) + one's generosity" was a price, seems a tad anal retentive to Me, sorry.

Actually... On one hand I can understand your frustration a little as I had to read the ad a few times to realize that your basically giving the parts away for just shipping cost. The way you wrote it wasn't very clear.

However, when a mod said a price was required, your smart *** answer of $15,000 on one and $30,000 on another was not necessary and since it was clearly you being a smart *** I'm sure that's why the ad was deleted.

So, I'll clean up the ad and restore it if you think you can agree not to be a smart *** in the future with these kinds of things. Deal?

.............. I didn't see the add. Sarcasm is all over the sight, though. and he did list prices, that's all that's was required? :)

We have a [FOR FREE] prefix for the Classified Section available. It may have helped convey what you were trying to do....
