I am looking for a set of red line tires for my 1969 Barracuda convert. The size is R 215/70-14. Should I get the BFGoodrich, Firestone, etc. Also, where is the best place to get them? Coker, Summit, Jegs? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for the add
I wasn't familiar with this company
Prices for redline tires were not that bad.
I had almost given up and decided to just run white walls on my Formula S

What ever you do, do not get bias ply tires. If you actually drive the car, you will be sorry.
Stick with a radial.

When I bought my red lines. Pricing was the same everywhere; Coker, amazon and summit etc. I did opt for summit

These tires sit around because they are on the expensive side. So be careful with the date of the tire

One of mine blew out with only a couple hundred miles. Summit replaced. The entire sidewall blew out

Agree. Even at a big swap meet they are the same price. It boils down to shipping and personal choice.

The date code on the tires I got from Diamond Back was just a few months before the date I bought them. They take brand new tires from major manufactures and modify the sidewall per order. They do a great job. Beautiful tires.

I wish I knew about that Diamond Back did that with their tires. They are about the same price as the cokers

Here is some red line tire gore ( Bought the tires in June, car was on the road in mid-July and this happened right before Christmas )
